It also really annoys me when people don’t change out the toilet paper. I know it’s not really the job of the customer to do it, but why the hell not? It’s just a simple exchange. So they use all the toilet paper on the rolls, then they start using the toilet paper sitting on the back of the toilet and leave the empty roll on the dispenser. Then they empty the extra rolls and leave them empty on the back of the toilet. THROW IT AWAY! There’s a trashcan THREE INCHES from the toilet! For godsake!
